What the heck is FitFix?

A fun, vibrant magazine You Tube show, bringing the latest trends, hacks and chat from the UK’s fitness community. It’s SOCCER:AM in a sweat-wicking singlet, a wearable fitness tracker and an admitted weakness for between-meals snacking.

The show will be fronted by a pair of can-do,
up-for-anything presenters who accurately represent the diversity of the UK’s gym community. A male/female duo who take their fitness - but not necessarily themselves - seriously.Friendly, motivational competition will be a byword of the show. It doesn’t matter so much if you win or lose… the fact that you’re exercising at all is a positive step in the right direction. Every step, every rep puts your health and fitness further in credit. With this in mind, our in-show fitness challenges will be fun, must watch TV events.
Think Bear Grylls having a seated row-off against Love Island 2018 hunk Frankie Foster or fitness-mad comedian Joel Dommett being challenged to complete the brutally repetitive ‘Murph’ workout by the end of the show 
(and maintaining his sense of humour throughout).

Fitness is boomIng. Industry heads and brands talk of a ‘golden age' with 9.9 million UK citizens now gym members with events like Tough Mudder. Yet there is not one regular show to serve this obsession.

 

The commercial opportunities around the show are endless, and at the same time entirely fitting. But it’s not just
the regular fitness equipment, nutrition and tech brands who’ll want to feature.
Our research – in which we spoke to over 100 brands and 60+ media buying agencies - has shown
us that some of the biggest brands from outside the traditional fitness space would be keen to muscle in on the act. These could include: insurance and finance giants with a vested interest in attracting customers who follow a healthy lifestyle; high street fashion labels whose custom know that looking and feeling good go hand in hand; car manufacturers who want to promote either their performance or their healthy/green credentials over their competitors.Commercial Opportunities
